The ChildTrax System is built utilizing standard SQL technology for the database engine, Microsoft's ASP.NET solution for the user interface, Adobe Acrobat for documentation, Microsoft Internet Information Services for Web Services and Microsoft Family of Server Operating Systems. The application allows the user to easily use third party reporting products to design their own queries and reports. Your data is backed up nightly and you may retrieve a copy of the daily backup at off peak hours free of charge. We are eager to work with any agency regardless of its size.

Management System's corporate offices are located in New Carlisle,
Ohio. ChildTrax is dedicated to serve child welfare agencies from
licensing and training to billing and invoicing. Case managers and
other employees use this system to track all of the information
pertinent to do their jobs. Our comprehensive database system has
been in use since 2001 tracking data requirements for over 1200
children currently. ChildTrax employees pay close attention to detail
and are committed to provide quality and a high level of customer
service. The system is presently being used in Kentucky, Indiana,
Virginia, Texas and Georgia.
The president of ChildTrax has worked in the social services field for over 30 years, the first 16 years spent in the public sector and the last 14 years in the private sector. He was the founder and CEO of a private agency that has served over 5000 children in out of home care.
Our senior consultant has worked in the social services sector for 6 years. He started out in human resources and quickly progressed to director of operations for a multi-state private agency that has over 600 kids in placement. During his time as director of operations he led the agency through CARF accreditation. Before working in the social services sector he worked in city government planning and engineering for 8 years.
Our lead developer is the president of his own design firm and has been part of the ChildTrax team since its beginning. He was also one of founding owners and VP-Engineering Manager of Engineering Services. He has experience in developing web based information systems, providing engineering services for product development and simulations including computer aided design (CAD) solid modeling, finite element analysis (FEA), kinematic studies, computerized animations, developing Geographic Information Systems (GIS) applications, combining computerized mapping and databases in a single environment.
Our V.P. of product development has been working in the social services sector since 1999. Before 1999 he worked for a Fortune 500 computer company in two roles. He started as a customer engineer and finished as a process engineer in world wide customer services division. He has provided leadership in managed care contracting, HIPAA compliance and Information Technology development as well as other management projects in the child welfare field.
