arrow Monthly Status Report: This report is the compiled data entered into ChildTrax by your case manager during the month.

arrow Critical Incident Report: The ChildTrax system provides your case managers with the tools to create critical incidents. The system will then generate a report for that incident that may be used for filing and notification to the custodial agency.

arrow Client's Complete History: This exhibit shows the printable version of a client's complete placement history within your program. It list level of care changes, home changes, respites and per diem changes.

arrow Foster Home Placement Log: The foster home placement log will list every child that has been placed into the home. It includes respites and the reason for discharges from the home.

arrow Case workers Assignment Sheet: This report will list every case manager that reports to you and tells you which children and homes they are responsible for.

arrow Placement Activity: The placement activity report allows you to define a period and office and then will return every new placement, discharge, movement and respite that happened during that period for that office.

arrow Case Minimum Standards Report: The case minimum standard report allows supervisors to get a snap shot of the services provided by your case managers during a month.

arrow Current Placement Statistics: This report will show you the average foster home per diems, invoice per diems and administrative per diems by office. It also gives you the counts of current placements by office and age group.

arrow Weekly Home Report: This is a report that will list every active foster home in your agency and show you details about the home. Some of the details are currently placed foster children, biological children living in the home and details about the home itself.

arrow End of Month Placement and Invoicing Statistics: This statistics report shows by office the number of new placements, movements, discharges, respites, respite only placements, homes receiving checks, current placements at the end of the month and unique youth placed in your program during the month. It also provides by placing agency and office the number of kids placed in your program during the month.

arrow Level of Care Statistics: This statistical report tells you how many kids at each level of care you served during the period and also the number of days of care at each level during the period.

arrow Outstanding Invoicing Issues: ChildTrax offers an invoicing reconciliation module show that you can keep track of what you have been paid for. This report will list the outstanding balances in a printable report that you can send to the paying agent for reconciliation.

arrow Demographic Data: Demographic data can quickly be accessed by your staff for the types of kids you are serving. The types defined are by race, sex, and age group. This report also tells you the number of unique youth you served during the period and gives you your average number of daily placements.
